Within the condo, you'll enjoy the two bedrooms with one king and one queen sized beds. Although there's no gourmet kitchen, the quaintness of ours will provide a comforting feeling for your vacation.
Kickback in the living room on the overstuffed furniture and watch your favorite movie on the flat screen television. Bring your pets, they deserve to get in on the good times too! Dogs are welcome with a standard per dog, per night fee.

This is the ultimate place to kick up your feet and unwind after a long day of fun at the beach or strolling around town.
The Pacific Surf building has just 11 homes. All impeccably clean, unbelievably comfortable, and close to the heart of everything in Ocean shores.
The Pacific Surf Condos are located directly on the dunes which means all you have to do is walk through the towering pine trees to reach the mighty Pacific Ocean.
Stroll for miles, watch flocks of birds, play tag with the waves, collect shells or build a campfire at night beneath the stars.
The Waters Edge Condo is as it seems! Being just footsteps away from the water, you'll see why we call this condo the Waters Edge.
Dogs are welcome with a standard per dog, per night fee.

When booking with any of our properties in Ocean Shores, you will have endless options for seaside activities. When bringing your friends or family along, we're sure that each and every one of you will find an adventure worth diving into.
Visiting during the warm weather? Get ready for the best season! Rent a moped or bike and take a ride into town where you'll find the main drag. Here you'll find locally hand crafted meals served in the town's restaurants as well as boutiques filled with souvenirs to take home!
The warmer days also mean horseback riding along the beach or whale watching tours, all within a short distance of all of our units.
Want to head to the beach during Winter too? That's not a problem! The views are just as beautiful and it's still a great getaway from your every day life. The main drag is still just as active with bowling alleys, shops and galleries to keep you busy.

By The Sea, By The Sea is the only full-stack vacation rental management company in the area. We vow to make booking with us simple and exciting. While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards.
We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking.
We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.
MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.

Lawn was a foot tall and mowed last day at room. Deck furniture was rusted and broken. Picture on add were much nicer then actual place. Had a good time and stay for the price

The property is a bit tired. The tub did not drain but they cleared the hair clog. Half of the condo units are for sale--telling in and of itself.
