Beach trip with your pals that won’t break the bank? Forget the hotel! The Pacific Surf Condos are your ticket. Two bedrooms offer two queens, one twin, a quaint kitchen and living room! You can even bring your dogs! Dogs are welcome with a standard per dog, per night fee.
THE CLAM JAM CONDO
If you’re going to the beach to be AT the beach, why spend all your cash on your lodging? Spend the money on the good stuff, the moped rentals, the dinners out, the horse back rides! And boy, are we close the good stuff. You'll find us right off the main beach access and close to the main drag. Now that’s not to say don’t stay somewhere nice. The Pacific Surf Condos are clean and comfortable.
You’ll quickly feel right at home, so you can spend less time fussing inside and more time out enjoying the sun, sand and surf!
MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.

It was what we needed and great space! We didn’t realize beach is not reachable from back of property & cannot be seen, but it’s just a short walk. Also happy to find that there was a bathtub not just a shower. Thanks so much for great property management

It was just ok. The space has a cute beach theme to it. The couch was DISGUSTING!! It was stained and covered in dog hair. The rug also had dog hair on it that stuck to our clothes, blankets, etc. Now we knew it was a dog friendly condo but we weren't expecting it to have sooo much dog hair everywhere, even in the shower! I will say the sheets to the beds were very clean! It worked for our stay but it isn't a place we would return to. I wish there had been a walk path to the beach considering it was so close. On the first day we saw a rabbit and deer in the back of the condos and a bear ran through the property next to us. My husband also had a flea jump on his leg when he was walking to the car. I believe it came from the neighbors to one side of us since they left the next day and we didn't find any other fleas in the parking lot after that. (There were NOT any fleas in the condo thankfully!) It was quite the exciting day. The mattress in the master room was the worst I have ever slept on and it squeaked with every single movement. My teen said her bed did the same. My youngest loved the bed in the "cove" in the 2nd room. We still had a great trip and it was nice to have somewhere dry to go to. The dining space had a cute set up, the coffee filters they had were too small for the coffee pot and we ended up with a coffee pot full of grounds, we bought new filters that were the right size and left them. The key box also didn't open for us.
