Crabby Daddy & the Blue Mermaid is a charming coastal cottage ideally located in Oyhut Bay Seaside Resort, just moments from the resort’s event center, central plaza, and on-site restaurant. It’s a perfect choice for wedding guests, event attendees, or anyone who wants to stay close to the heart of the resort.
This two-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to six guests and is thoughtfully designed for privacy and convenience. Both bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms, with a convenient powder room on the main level. The open living space is bright and welcoming, and the living room includes a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests.
Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch or unwind after a beach day in the private hot tub. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy, and evenings are best spent by the fireplace watching live channels, sports, and entertainment with YouTube TV.

Easy booking, cute and clean with all amenities included. Easy clean up process, quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy and everything worked!

The reason this got a 3 star was more to do with the kitchen. It was a good size kitchen and the appliances worked fine but a lot of the cookware was badly damaged. I save old cookware to take camping when it gets all run down. The cookware in this house was to the point where I would throw it away. If you are looking for a place to sleep and a fridge then this is the place for you. If you would like to prepare your own meals and utilize the kitchen at all then maybe pick a different house in the community (other property reviews seem to suggest that they might not have the negatives listed below). Negatives: 1- The plastic cookware (spatula, ladle, etc.) looked like someone put them in the oven for a while as they were melted in areas and bubbly. 2- The wood cookware (spoons, etc.) looked like they would put splinters in your food. 3- There were absolutely ZERO cleaning supplies in the entire house. The only thing in the house was dawn dish soap. They want you to clean the counters but don't provide any cleaner? The front desk declined to provide me any when asked. I ended up purchasing some from the store. 4- This one is nit-picky and probably not for everyone but I am used to some stuff left over from previous renters (salt, pepper, coffee filters, stuff like that). This house is a blank canvas. Positives:1- House was clean2- Beds and rooms were nice3- The decor was nice4- Community ambiance was great5- Common areas were great for the kids6- Hot tub
