House is very clean. Nice location. Friendly check in.
Extra fee if we checked in 2 hours early even though house was clean and ready. Rental fee was already on the 'high' side.

This home was amazing! The 3 bedrooms for myself and my 2 adult children were spacious and beds comfortable. The game room was perfect for when we were not at the beach, the BBQ was easy to use and perfect for meals and the fire pit was great to relax around at night. My grandson loved running in the grass in the back. Beautiful landscaping. We didn't use the hot tub this time, but we will be back for sure!

The house wasn't ready for us at 5. We had to wait for 45 mins after driving for 4 hrs. We also didn't have propane for outside fire pit and requested some. Never did get any delivered. We did love the house, the couch in living room could be better. Kids loved the game room and I loved the walks around the complex. Everyone [staff] we meet were wonderful.
