Mycket bra läge i Funchal. Jättefin och välutrustad lägenhet med 4 bra sovrum med dubbelsängar. Bra sällskapsutrymme med öppen planlösning kök/vardagsrum. Två stora badrum, två toaletter och bra tvättstuga. Fin takterrass med härlig havsutsikt och en fin uteplats på bottenplan. Gångavstånd till restauranger, centrum och badplats. Närmsta badplats kostade 5,90€ och lämpar sig bättre för vuxna än för små barn. Vi var 8 personer (familj med vuxna barn) och alla var jättenöjda med lägenheten.
Lägenheten ligger bredvid en bar som ibland har live band som spelar hög musik, framförallt helger. Det kan upplevas som störande. Någon kväll var det dock trevligt att sitta på terrassen och njuta av bra musik.

Maison très spacieuse et confortable, moderne. Excellent emplacement, à la fois permettant de se baigner tout près, et en plein centre de la ville, tout est accessible à pied. Très bons matelas. Cuisine très bien équipée, canapés confortables. Parking gratuit à proximité.
L’annonce indiquant « 3 bathrooms » est ambiguë. En fait, il n’y a que 2 douches. De plus, une des deux salles de bains est intégrée à une chambre, ce qui laisse une seule salle avec douche pour les 3 autres chambres. Manque de sièges pour s’installer dehors (dans le patio ou sur le rooftop). Les vendredis et samedis, jusqu’à minuit, musique forte sous les fenêtres.
