FLH Viola Market Studios

Prachtig keukengedeelte, zelfs met wasmachine, mooie ruime badkamer, ruime kamer met fijn bed, bank en eettafel. Het appartement is zeer modern, ligt midden in het oude historische centrum. Je stapt uit de deur middenin een hele straat vol heerlijke restaurantjes met gezellige terrasjes. Allerlei bussen en het kabelbaantje de berg op zijn vlakbij, net als de zee, de markt, winkelstraten etc.

Het appartement heeft geen airco. Het was een beetje warm, maar niet snikheet vond ik. Het is niet superheet op Madeira. je hoort de mensen op de terrasjes vlak onder je raam gezellig praten. Ik had er met oordoppen geen last van omdat het gelijkmatig geluid is. Ik viel makkelijk in slaap. Door de week gaat alles dicht om 12 uur ‘s nachts en in het weekend om 1:00. Later in de nacht was het gewoon rustig.

Great service. Comfortable room bed. Front desk was great and helpful. Breakfast was very good!

Fantastic apartment in a perfect central location. The team were super easy to communicate with and made access seamless. The apartment had a lovely modern feel and was ideal for getting around the island. We also really enjoyed being close to the bars and nightlife.

The stay was fabulous! I absolutely loved the accommodation and I returned for a second stay.

Unfortunately, on our last night (given it was a Saturday and the English team won the game for the world cup, and that the hotel is in the historical city centre) we had the (un)pleasant surprise that a bad started to sing right next to our building and a big crowd was cheering and chanting. There were saxophones too, which was a bit inconvenient given our flight at 8am the next day :) other than that, the stay was fantastic!
