Two Bedroom Villa Studio with fireplace & Living room

Location was perfect it was only a 10min drive to downtown the place looks a lot better in person than it did online at first I was skeptical but I loved the location very warm and quiet. Ask your host about the the shuttle car ride the host will connect you with a drive service that beats Uber & Lyft but $5-10 cheaper. I got picked up from the airport and stopped at a lunch spot for only $45. Uber tried to charge me $66 so that was a bonus

Nothing to complain about really I was surprised to get such a great deal on my stay

The Owner is very helpful and respectable and keeps the house very clean. The house being located just far enough from town is perfect to keep it quiet while still keeping travel into town quick and easy. The greenery in the backyard is a breath of fresh air especially in the city. I would 100% recommend staying here if you’re traveling for business or any other reason.

I'm 61 with a knee replacement and my husband had both hips replaced so we weren't prepared for the 18 steps. No TV. or air. Nor was there a microwave. Once air is added its a alright place to stay.

Based on the issues not made known, nothing at all

Bed and couch has urine stains, shower head is about 5 feet high, oven handle is broken on one side, window towards front of house has a hole with cracks around it, toilet was dirty upon arrival and i was charged a $75 cleaning fee using a $150 security deposit that was requested via CASH APP, on top of that the security cameras date was a day ahead of schedule. Its 7 hours after my check out and i still haven’t got back the $75 which I figured they would try and keep. So basically i was scammed out of $150 and the booking page talks about the security deposit will be returned via cash which was a lie. Overall this property manager is a lying scammer and i took photos of every issue i just stated. On top of that property manager can set you up with 2 codes to get in and only one is given on booming.com. 2 different doors with code locks to get in, and i was given a fake code on booking.com. Then the property manager tells me i cant get the code to one of the doors unless i pay the $150 security deposit and he tries to keep the full $150 for a “cleaning” fee and cause he’s soulless. Then doesn’t wanna cancel my booking for the 19th of this month

For the money this was a great location. The host was exceptionally helpful and kind. I would have spent 5 times the money downtown for a hotel and dealt with a lot more traffic getting to the events I was attending. The room was clean bathroom was clean. The bed was far more comfortable than expected I slept great. There is a security system that keeps and eye on your vehicle and the front door. The neighbourhood still has some real estate projects left to be rebuilt here and there but there are some very nice homes and normal friendly people on the block. If your looking for a simple affordable in and out place to get some rest in Detroit. This is the place.

Non ho avuto modo di accedere alla “camera” che ho pagato in anticipo a causa di un fatto molto GRAVE e INCRESCIOSO. Nella conferma della prenotazione (non rimborsabile) BOOKING c’è scritto chiaramente che era richiesto un deposito cauzionale IN CONTANTI di 150$ (che siamo stati costretti a prelevare visto che normalmente gestiamo solo pagamenti digitali). Arrivati all’indirizzo contattiamo l’host che dice di non poter venire di persona e che non ci forniva il codice di accesso all’abitazione se prima non gli avessimo comunicato AL TELEFONO gli estremi della carta di credito per gestire la cauzione. NON MI ERA MAI ACCADUTO NULLA DI SIMILE IN TUTTA LA MIA VITA!!! Gli abbiamo fatto presente l’assurdità della richiesta e che volevamo vedere la casa per essere sicuri non fosse “una fregatura” e per verificare fosse tutto come da foto sul vostro sito (segnalo che l’esterno è fatiscente e il quartiere è molto degradato e poco sicuro). Ci ha ribadito che non era possibile e che lui “faceva sempre così con tutti gli ospiti”. Dopo varie insistenze ci ha detto che sarebbe potuto arrivare anche di persona ma non sapeva bene quando. Stando così le cose, abbiamo deciso di prenotare un diverso hotel. Ora mi chiedo: quale controllo avete effettuato negli anni sulle modalità operative del host? Il comportamento che l’host ha avuto con noi è strettamente imputabile alla vostra organizzazione: caparra in contanti vuol dire VEDERE la location e avere un contatto di persona con l’host o un suo rappresentante. Detto questo, RITENGO BOOKING RESPONSABILE DELL’ACCADUTO e auspico un risarcimento almeno della somma spesa inutilmente (ca.250€), nonché l’eliminazione dell’host dai vostri partner. Mi scuso per lo sfogo ma sono anni che opero attraverso la piattaforma BOOKING senza nessun problema ma oggi mi sono trovato estremamente in imbarazzo.

El baño no tiene ni ventanas ni extractor, por lo que el olor (y los ruidos) van a la cocina/salón/dormitorio. Nunca había estado en un alojamiento en el que pase eso y resulta muy molesto compartir ese espacio así. (ver foto) Los dormitorios no son dormitorios porque es una única habitación separada por cortinas. (ver foto) Hay un aparato de aire acondicionado portátil que hace mucho ruido y otro de los que no están separados la unidad exterior de la interior, por lo que también es ruidoso. La cocina tiene unas sartenes totalmente gastadas (ver foto) El alojamiento es la parte de arriba de una casa. La parte de abajo se alquila también, por lo que puedes escuchar ruidos del resto de la casa. No entiendo cómo Booking ofrece este alojamiento, porque no reúne los requisitos mínimos.
