A fantastic view from the balcony. This has to be its selling point. Arrived early and was able to leave luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned. A text within an hour and we had access. Sea la vie is in a great position having the direct bus station from airport (bus#40) a 2 minutes walk. Supermarket is also very close. Beautiful El Bobo beach is a short walk. Apartment has beach towels too which is a bonus. Apartment itself has all that you need for a comfortable stay. Pictures are accurate.
Everything was good. The Ponderosa is still undergoing refurbishment so a little noise occasionally can be heard.

Eine wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer, vieles zu Fuss erreichbar, Balkon zum Draussensitzen, Parkplatz praktisch immer vor dem Haus vorhanden, eine kleine Küche für das Nötigste.
Die Dusche ist eine Fehlkonstruktion, weil das Gefälle gegen aussen läuft und deshalb schnell einmal viel Wasser im Badezimmer vorhanden ist, vor allem dann, wenn der Ablauf zumindest leicht verstopft ist oder die Regendusche verwendet wird. Wir mussten zweimal über eine halbe Stunde aufwenden, um den Badezimmerboden wieder trockenzulegen. Zudem ist der WC-Deckel nicht optimal montiert, Männer sind deshalb fast gezwungen, sich jedes Mal hinzusetzen.
