Overall a great stay with great staff. Only stay here in the summer if you love cigarettes.
Room was basic and clean. It met all my needs. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was most excellent - especially the espressos.
Some of the staff smoke in the main entry way. It's disgusting to walk through tons of cigarette smoke - especially if you don't want nasty cigarette smoke in your hair and clothes.. Tons of cigarette butts and ashtrays on the balcony. Other people's cigarettes blow into the room if you open the windows to try to get fresh air or cool down.

A very good hotel for a stopover when travelling
The person who checked us in and was running reception and the bar for the rest of the day was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was very clean. Parking was easy. We felt safe in the hotel and the surrounding area.
It was very hot in the room, but we were in the middle of a heat wave, so it probably could not be avoided. Maybe a bigger fan in the room would have been good.

Dont go there. You will be disappointed

- Price absolutely outrageous for the location and quality. Two and a half times the standard rate. - Lift wasn’t working. Had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs - Pool was advertised as exiting, but was out of service - Room advertisement showed images that were nothing like the room itself - Cleanliness - dust and dirty rooms - No room facilities, such as kettle, coffee, fridge - Shelf around bed dangerous for head injury. Should be reported to Safety Board - Internet kept dropping out and needed to rejoin - Temperature in room could not be adjusted. Not even coffee machine in breakfast area, although that was probably the only reasonable thing about the hotel. still had to pay €15 per night, but “they where so nice” that they waved that fee in lieu of complaints regarding room advertised, and room allocated. Decor is older than the Berlin wall, and probably wasn’t upgraded since then
