Surprisingly good for the price

For the cost this was an amazing little apartment. Super clean, modern and had everything you wanted. Private parking on site. Just a short walk to the town centre.

Okay for a short stay but we personally did not have a great experience

The interior was fine! It’s an old house that got renovated.

The entire hotel was hot. That day it was about 25 degrees outside but for some reason it was bloody hot in the house. At night we had 30 degrees in the room whilst it was 14 degrees outside. We closed the window shutters and that was a big mistake because we could not open them the entire night anymore to get some fresh air in. We also couldn’t reach anyone at night anymore. The room 302 was located towards a busier road so you could also hear all the cars (with the window open). We told two staff members about it at the check out and a day later and both had little empathy for it.

Hotel room was in lower floor partly below surface. Window was partly obstructed, and not really offering any view. Kitchen equipment was quite limited, cereal bowls were missing for ex. TV screen seemed partly broken. Several bigger spiders in the room / below bed.

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment with a very easy check in and check out. It was also nice to have a extended Library with items available to purchase at the VB with easy access and you simply took the items and wrote down your room number. A simple honor system. The apartment was ideal for me and pet. however the next visit I would request a room across the hall i.e. room 204 due to the traffic noise (all night long) along the street side as it was quite loud. Not the apartment staffs fault, just noisy traffic.

modern eingerichtet ist Zimmer 302, leider direkt neben der Stockwerks Tür zum Treppenhaus

Ein sehr modern eingerichtet Zimmer 302 hat mich erwartet und ich muss sagen, es war alles vorhanden. Die Kochmöglichkeit nutzte ich nun nicht, aber auch hier für einfache Gerichte alles da. Bett sehr bequem und auch sonst alles sehr sauber. Absolutes Nichtraucherzimmer, sehr schön.

Da das Zimmer direkt am Flur und der Stockwerks Tür lag, hörte ich die Personen vom Stockwerk die immer eine Rauchen gegangen sind. Die Tür knallt hier leider. Daher wohl auch die Ohrstöpsel die kostenlos zur Verfügung liegen.

Mein Föhn auf dem Zimmer war kaputt, jedenfalls half werde Steckdosenwechsel noch Ausprobieren aller Schaltstufen. Sowas sollte beim Putzen der Zimmer zur Routinekontrolle gehören. Es wurde beim Auschecken aber sofort an den Hausmeister weitergegeben.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, das auch teurer war als die Standardzimmer. Leider waren die Rollläden defekt, sodass sie sich nicht mehr hochfahren ließen. Dadurch konnte ich weder den Ausblick genießen noch den Balkon nutzen, zum Beispiel zum Rauchen – was ja eigentlich der Grund war, warum ich extra dieses Zimmer gewählt habe. Ich habe direkt im Hotel Bescheid gesagt, aber es wurde keine Reparatur oder andere Lösung angeboten. Auf meine nachträgliche Nachricht mit der Bitte um Entschädigung wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, da man bei einem Zimmer mit Aufpreis für den Balkon auch erwarten darf, dass dieser benutzbar ist und auf Beschwerden reagiert wird.

Otel odası oldukça kompakt tasarlanmıştı; öyle ki bir adımda kapıya, bir adımda banyoya ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Minimalizmi bu kadar ‘doğrudan’ deneyimlemek ilginçti. Yatak ve yastıklar ise kesinlikle sağlamlık testinden geçmiş olmalı; sertlikleri sayesinde kaslarımız sabaha kadar güzelce ‘çalıştı’. Dinlenmek yerine adeta fitness yapmış gibi uyandık. Konforu arayanlar için biraz sürprizli olabilir ama dayanıklılığınızı ölçmek isterseniz doğru adres burası.

Lage des Objekts und Sauberkeit

Wir hatten ein winziges Zimmer, welches man nicht als Appartement bezeichnen kann, obwohl wir extra das größere Appartement gebucht hatten. Es gab -entgegen der Beschreibung- keine Sitzecke, man konnte soeben um das Bett herumgehen und kam zu zweit kaum aneinander vorbei. In der als großzügig beschriebenen Dusche konnte man sich soeben umdrehen.

Der Rollladen zu Balkontür lässt sich nicht öffnen., somit ist der Balkon nicht nutzbar!!! Die Reklamation zu diesem Thema blieb unbeantwortet. Es gibt kein Personal, welches ansprechbar wäre. Bei >30°C Sommertemperaturen war es im Dachgeschoß vor Hitze nicht auszuhalten und keine Chance zum Lüften.

Alles war perfekt, tolles Zimmer, super Ausstattung, perfekte Lage, super Bettwäsche, genügend Kissen

Leider ist der Mehrpreis für einen Hund unrealistisch hoch. Generell ein Vorschlag als Hundehalter: Eine Pauschale pro Zimmer pro Aufenthalt wäre angemessener und fairer dem Gast gegenüber, schließlich hat das Hotel EINMAL etwas mehr Aufwand für die Reinigung.

Top Kommunikation, zentrale Lage, sauber und ordentlich, freie Parkplätze vor dem Hotel oder in unmittelbarer Umgebung (kostenlos). Sehr vielfältige Snackbar. Man kann sich so gar Spaghetti mit Tomatensauce oder CupNudeln für einen kleinen Preis mitnehmen und in seinem Apartment zubereiten. Die Matratze war extrem gut! Der Kaffee schmeckt super! Das Personal war erstklassig! Liebe Grüße nochmal! Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen wenn ich auf der Durchreise bin.
