Very nice experience. In an old, converted apartment in a stately building off the famous "Ku'Damm". Clean, sparse rooms, with communal breakfast room. Perfect for no-nonsense travellers who appreciate old-world charm with limited amenities. Would stay again.

1- The neighborhood is really nice and beautiful.
2- The room equipped enough and good facilities.
3- It had a fan for warm days of summer.
4- very antique dining room and hall room! Really looked nice.
1- would be nice if they put a small trash bin in the room.
2- the bed is placed in a closed area within a specific surrounded place. This caused the air around bed to be warmer than other places and there is no air flow. Fortunately there was a small fan to use, otherwise it would be very bad during summer night.

Location excellent. Lovely and quiet with a rather dainty internal courtyard. Breakfast excellent with everyone seated around an enormous old table in a room with beautiful old furniture. Plenty of choices. Host was excellent also.
Room was fine but the bed was absolutely awful. Worst I've ever slept in. Very small, narrow and horrendously uncomfortable as if almost on a slope. It wasn't but the mattress certainly felt like it was. Shower excellent but nothing to hold onto getting in or out. I hate being critical but check in wasn't brilliant either. I had to phone on arrival to get someone to open the gate to get in. Not what I expected. Sadly I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was guaranteed a better bed!!! A shame as the area is lovely and location excellent for SBahn direct to airport.

Top location if you don't want to stay in the city centre but still want to stay somewhere vibrant, friendly and helpful staff, lots of shops and restaurants around, bus and train 5 min. walk
The pension was an apartment in an apartment complex, outdated interior, no outside noise but I could hear other guests going to the toilet at night, toilet and shower were somewhat in the room and not in a separate room.
