Mainly the location: you are at the Kudamm
Guests next door were extremely loud (jumping, screaming and running around) until late at night. Complained at reception but they didn’t do much.

Location excellent and a major reason for my choice of hotel. Breakfast area was good as well as the buffet.
I expected the room standard to be better. I didn't get the exclusive feeling as expected from a premium hotel. The elevator felt like 70th standard, the bed wasn't made by staff during my stay, no shampoo or lotion. Breakfast not included on standard price.
