    Stayed with a 5 and 71 year old in a 2 bedroom suite and highly recommend it. Staff were very friendly, greeted us every time we passed the lobby, and helped with luggage forwarding. They also spoke English well. Lobby has a water machine for cold water. Having a kitchen and laundry machine is super clutch. The kitchen was stock with pots, bowls, cups, cutting board/knife, and utensils. No seasonings but it was great for breakfast to toast bread and eat a bunch of fruit. Grocery stores are about a 10 min walk away. Laundry machine does both wash and dry cycle and they provided their detergent. I also packed pods. We stayed in 1101 (11th floor) and had a great view of the Tokyo SkyTree. We were jet lagged and woke up at 430-445 to see the sunrise. At night, you can see the SkyTree lit up. Location wise - it’s a short walk to the main Sensoji temple area with a lot of food options (later in the day). Also a short walk to the subway station and to the river/boat cruise. Now the best part and why I picked this hotel is the playground nearby at Sumida Park. When you’re jet lagged and need options of stuff to do with a kid, go to 711 and go to the playground so they can burn energy. Great location for families.

    I’m a returning customer of Minaru hotels, this one keeps up to the standard like others. Extremely convenient and near the main attractions area with plenty of food options just stone throw away. Highly recommended! Staffs are helpful and no issues with communication. The luggage delivery service was very convenient too.

    Hotel is new. Location is a bit far from the busiest areas of Asakusa. However, it is inconvenient for us to drop-off our luggage as there is no hotel carpark. We need to stop at the roadside to drop the luggage. We stayed at a two-bedroom suite. The size of sitting room is satisfactory while one of the bedrooms was quite small.
