    The location is perfect it is near the station, convenience stores, and just a minute walk you can reach a market at night thats very lively.

    Accompanying my boyfriend to a competition at Tokyo Big Sight, and we also brought his mother along. Overall, we had a good and comfortable stay. The room was surprisingly spacious and very convenient, especially for a longer stay. Having a kitchen and washing machine in the room was a big plus for us. The hotel was also clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. I had requested a wheelchair before our departure as my boyfriend’s mother had some difficulty walking due to leg pain. The hotel was able to provide one, although the wheelchair could only be used within the hotel premises. It would have been even more convenient if there was an option to use it outside the hotel as well. The only downside was that we had to wait quite some time during check-in, which was a little inconvenient after travelling. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again, especially for its spacious rooms, cleanliness, and convenient location near Tokyo Big Sight.

    First day, when we check in, the toilet smells like used cloth and urine smells near the toilet seat. My wife have to clean a bit before we can use it. We report this problem to receptionist and the cleaner was sent our room for housekeeping. But when we comeback later in the evening, the toilet still smells old cloth especially in the shower curtain & wall, we stayed there for 8 nights and housekeeping only every 4 nights, which is not good. 3 Water bottles only provided on the first day stay and none after that so you need to buy big water bottles at Kombini for supply. Positive is the room spacious but I think the hotel can do better in terms of housekeeping. Also conveniently located with Asakusa station & restaurants.
