We booked this hotel because of the public bath / spa within the property. Upon arrival, we found out that the spa is open for men only Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday. Women only allow to use the spa Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 8pm and the rest of the days are men only. Not only the spa is not available to us (3 females) during our entire stay, I found that split between the genders is highly unfair. We were very disappointed about this arrangement. The front desk staff said the bathhouse hour is stated on their website but I was expecting such operating schedule and didn’t check the website ahead of time. The hotel offers a free entrance to the hotspring house nearby, but we didn’t end up going.
Other than that, the amenities at the hotel is good, complimentary ramen at night, ice cream and popsicles.

For the price of the breakfast, you can probably get something cheaper in the surrounding area. Free noodles at night, icrecream and probiotic drinks are welcome perks. Onsen time for women is a lot less than for men. Great view from the room if you have a room on the river side.

A small hidden treasure. Got 2 rooms for 2 kids and 2 adults and they gave us rooms next to each other. The free stuff was great. Ramen at night. Ice cream bars. Massage Chair, washers, coffee and water. Kids really enjoyed the unlimited ice cream bars. 1 train from Narita was great too but need to figure out the exit from station with elevators. There are 3 stations right by hotel as well. If you are catching a Uber you have to walk to the back of the hotel by the river for pick up.
