    We stayed at this hotel for 1 night . Family with 3 young children. Staff was great! Very welcoming - with refreshing drinks when we arrived (just like needed after along journey) and gifts for the kids when we left. Room is very clean and has all you need. The major peace is the balcony watching towards the river where you can see the eplephants bathing morning and after noon . The pool space is so beautiful with the “infinity” pool to stay and watch the elephants, the sunset. Located just at the end of the shopping street where the elephants march to get to the river - it’s a perfect location !

    Great location - the pool, restaurant, and some of the rooms overlook the river where the elephants bathe. The elephants also pass right by the front of the hotel on their way to the river. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. We also received an upgrade from a garden view to a river view, which was nice. Note that there are no lifts, so be prepared for some stairs. The only minor disappointment was not getting the full buffet breakfast others had written about, because it was switched for table service due to the lack of guests staying at the time. Nevertheless the breakfast was still decent, it was just not matching our expectation.

    Beautifully located near a stream where we could watch elephants from our balcony. The room was spacious and clean. However, there was confusion at the restaurant—our Agoda booking for 2 adults and 2 kids was recorded as only 2 adults. The staff seemed unprepared and handled it poorly, especially since we arrived late and the hotel is far from the city with limited food options. The staff seemed confused and overwhelmed, which added to the inconvenience, especially given the late hour and the hotel’s remote location with limited dining alternatives. Although they eventually provided some food for the children at no extra charge, the situation could have been handled in a more professional and organized manner.
