About this house rental

Welcome to Surf Riders which is a fully remodeled four-bedroom/four-bathroom, cottage on the westside of Gulf Drive in the City of Holmes Beach. The property sleeps up to 8 guests. The downstairs is an open floor plan streamlines the living area, kitchen, and dining room. There is plenty of seating in the large living room with its large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The beautiful, high-end kitchen is suited for all levels of chefs. It is stocked with everything you will need for light lunch or to prepare your catch of the day! There is an eat-in kitchen island and a dining room table for the whole family. Relax with a good book or enjoy a family night with plenty of board games available. A second queen ensuite bedroom is on the other side of the house for a convenient split layout.

Upstairs has a second full kitchen with dining area, living space with large TV, one bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom.

Surf Riders has three parking spots reserved for guests.

Overall its a wonderful house, Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at the house, including blenders, coffee makers, crock pot, air fryer. It would be nice to have a kitchen list ahead of time to plan meals best. The house is also well stocked with beach chairs, pool toys, and anything you would want to use at the beach. This also would have been helpful to know ahead of time when planning things to bring. The owners are quick to respond with any needs, but I think some better instructions on how to use the pool lights and spa heater would have been helpful. According to the listing it says that the spa does not get above 86 degrees, but it does in fact get quite hot. This information would have also been helpful. Overall all it is a wonderful house and just a short walk to the beach, We love that you do not have to cross any major roads to access the beach. Knowing everything about the house now after staying there, we would definitely stay again.

Surf Rider is located a short walk from beautiful beachfront. The house is well stocked with anything you'll need. Duncan Realty is great to work with and always available for any questions we had. Pool/Spa is a great addition to the beach. Can't wait to go back!

The pics are exactly as the house is! Very comfortable beds and nice furniture. The pool was great for days the wind was too strong on the beach. We had a great time and will definitely rebook.
