Beautiful clean house with an easy walk to the beach, great location. Close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of room to park and the pool was lovely. Would definitely recommend to stay here for future vacations!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and loved every minute! The rental was clean, comfortable and true to description on Vrbo. Easy check in and out.
Easy walk to the beach. We had our bikes and once we checked into the house we used our bikes to get around the island. Plenty of options for restaurants. Loved the Ugly Grouper. Always a long wait but we were able to get seats at the bar. We will definitely be back.

Unit B is located at the front of the Sunrise Bay complex and borders on Gulf Drive. We had a very enjoyable 3 week stay. Things that stood out include:
- 2 block walk to a beach entrance
- heated pool and lounging area
- very tastefully decorated living space
- well stocked kitchen with newer appliances
- Christy (owner/manager) was quick and helpful in responding to questions.
