We had a wonderful week. So kind of owners to let us in early when cleaners were done. The house is perfect for a family. Clean and spacious rooms, nice pool, great beach access just 2-3 block walk. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Will definitely be back.

The Areca Cove house could not have been more perfect for our group! We had a fantastic stay and it was exactly what we needed and as described. The house is fully appointed, super convenient location, quiet neighborhood, and the fastest walk to a gorgeous beach that we've ever enjoyed! Marissa was lovely to accommodate us on our earlier than expected arrival. Thank you!

Our group of 8 ladies loved that this house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with NO BUNK BEDS. The location is such an easy walk to the beach, Publix & CVS, several restaurants and shops and even the Catholic Church! The pool was always clean and warm enough to swim in. The kitchen is equipped with quality cookware. The washer, dryer, refrigerator & dishwasher all work great! What more can we ask for!!

We had a wonderful vacation. Olaf and Marissa are great hosts. The home is in a great location, short walk to the beach and close to great shops and restaurants. Exceptionally clean, very spacious and everything you need for the beach! The pool is perfect - areas of sun and shade.
