Welcome to this beachy one bedroom, one bath Seascape Villa in South Forest Beach, Hilton Head Island. Relax on the balcony or in the comfortable living room accommodations with a view of the pond, palm trees, turtles, and birds. Enjoy the TVs, games, and books (cable and internet included). Or, head out to the beautiful beaches or wonderful restaurants. Enjoy the Seascape salt water pools or stroll through the shaded paths. There is a beachside cabana/restroom for Seascape owners and guests.

A national pest control company sprays Seascape Villas the fourth Friday of each month. They spray inside and outside of each unit.
The villa is on the second floor. There are 20 steps to access the villa, but the view of the pond from the deck makes it all worth it.

This rental was perfect for the two of us! Clean as a whistle and super comfy. Loved the lagoon view, especially when it rained. We usually stay in the Folly Field Beach area, and overall I prefer that area for less traffic and fewer crowds, but I would rent this unit again if I wanted to stay in the Coligny area.
