Very clean condo-- just right for 2-3 people or 2 couples but not a larger family. The location is very centrally located to everything!
There is no place to sit outside to drink a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. But that didn't affect us at all because it was too chilly to sit outside anyway. It would have also been nice for the property to have a hot tub as it wasn't warm enough to swim in the pool.

Convenient to everything. Quiet area.
Some stains on the comforter. Small white paper pieces on the guest bedroom comforter. Ball of black hair in the bathroom. Batteries needed in bedrooms Roku remote.

The proximity to the beach was the main reason this property was chosen. The owner provided some beach gear - very appreciated! The owner was very friendly and quick to communicate and respond to questions.
The unit wasn't really well-cleaned; it wasn't dirty, but it hadn't been swept well, the tile had a weird film on it (probably from whatever cleaner was used to mop), and the seat cushions of the dining chairs were not vacuumed (crumbs from previous guests). The hood over the stove wasn't good/effective; trying to cook breakfast produced a smoky haze almost instantly. No screens on most of the windows allowed flies in while we were trying to allow fresh air in to combat the haze - giving us two things to battle. The ceiling fan and light in the living room wasn't working. The living room seating was very basic and uncomfortable.
