5 MIN WALK TO BEACH- 2BR1BA Villa in The Dunes

We loved the location, both proximity to the beach on the lovely shaded walking/biking trail and to Coligny and other attractions. The assigned parking spot right outside and being just steps away from the pool were so convenient. It IS an upstairs unit, so that's good to know if you struggle with stairs. The place was clean and spotless and had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The linens, towels, pillows and blankets were SO soft and comfortable. 2/3 of the beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of storage. Great, updated bathroom. They provided plenty of the little extras that made our stay comfortable. The beach cart and backpack style extra wide beach chairs were an amazing bonus. I found myself Googling brands all weekend so I can buy some of these things for myself. Check-in and check-out were so easy.

I'm literally racking my brain to come up with anything negative to say: Could use a pizza pan and a better pizza cutter. One of the towels seemed like it had some gum stuck to it. I wished the pool stayed open a bit later. The people in the unit across from ours consistently parked across the line into our space so it was difficult to get in and out. Mosquitoes and jelly fish.

Good location. close to wverything and also by bike or 5 to 10 minute walk.

Maybe a little bigger living room area, but we liked it.

The location was perfect. An easy walk to the beach. Many restaurants within walking distance.

The pool was small.

The proximity to the beach was the main reason this property was chosen. The owner provided some beach gear - very appreciated! The owner was very friendly and quick to communicate and respond to questions.

The unit wasn't really well-cleaned; it wasn't dirty, but it hadn't been swept well, the tile had a weird film on it (probably from whatever cleaner was used to mop), and the seat cushions of the dining chairs were not vacuumed (crumbs from previous guests). The hood over the stove wasn't good/effective; trying to cook breakfast produced a smoky haze almost instantly. No screens on most of the windows allowed flies in while we were trying to allow fresh air in to combat the haze - giving us two things to battle. The ceiling fan and light in the living room wasn't working. The living room seating was very basic and uncomfortable.
