the mattresses were hard a few bugs--didn't really bother me but some people get freaked out by bugs really should have a keurig coffee maker rather than the old drip style one

back deck needed cleaning and floors needed more mopping. due deck dirty made floors get dirty quickly but the rest really clean. the rest was really nice stay again really nice

The shades on the 1st floor were broken besides that Everything was great

The location and the proximity to the beach and Coligny was great. Very walkable with many trails nearby. It was also a dog friendly condo complex location. The size of the unit was very good. The cental AC and heat worked well. We also enjoyed the view off the deck; it was very private.

The condo needed to be cleaned better when we arrived. We had to scrub the kitchen before using it. The unit could use updated furnishing and bed upgrades. The condo needed several things repaired while we were there. The bedroom had a window could not be closed. All the closet bifold doors would not close or open properly. The toilet seat was broken in the ensuite bathroom. The washing machine was leaking from a bad water pump. It took several days for the appliance tech to get the part and replace it. The screen for the sliding door and several windows had holes in them so we could not use on nice days. Lastly, the sliding door to the deck would not lock and a piece of wood was used to secure it. Vacasa was quick to respond to the closet door and toilet seat issues. The maintenance tech from Vacasa repaired all the closet doors, the window and replaced the toilet seat.
