Location Location!! 3rd Row South Forest Beach - across street from Beach. This is a beautiful two bedroom 1 bath - 2nd floor unit located at The Dunes! This condo is located across street from The beach on the Adler Lane Beach Access (5 minute walk to beach), it is also across the street from the Marriott Grande Ocean Club for those familiar South Forest Beach. Many consider this one of the best locations on the island - steps from the Tiki hut on the beach and a short walk to to the shops and restaurants located at Coligny. This community also sits right on the awesome bike trails - so basically you can park your car for the week and walk and bike most everywhere!
This condo features an amazing kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, a beautiful primary bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom has a queen bed - high end linens and towels are provided. Smart Tv's in all rooms with Spectrum cable and high speed internet included.
We also provide beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay! Our condo also has one assigned Parking space located right at front door. We know that you will enjoy our condo by the sea as much as we do, and all that Hilton Head Island and has to offer!

Great property - easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfy. Easy parking outside of the unit. We were there for the Lantern Festival which was really cool. We had a nice weekend making new memories.

Everything was great for our quick last minute weekend. Angela was very accommodating and responsive to our requests. Everything we needed was there. Location is close to beach, restaurant and shopping.

While the communication and accommodations made by the owner was excellent, this condo did have a few issues that impacted our stay. The king bed was extremely uncomfortable. The old couch was also uncomfortable to all of us. We attempted to sit at the breakfast bar in the kitchen but there was no where for our legs to go under the counter ledge as it is not open below. It is listed that the 1st and 2nd floor condos share a covered patio on the ground level. We attempted to use that space but the guests in that condo had their stuff all over it, leading us to believe that those guests thought the patio was for their exclusive use. This was extremely frustrating and left us with no where within the condo to hang out. Additionally, the dryer did not seem to function correctly, we attempted to wash our beach clothes and the beach towels in the unit and the dryer--though getting hot, failed to dry our items and the towels after several attempts. There was also no map or signage explaining how to get to the beach. Though the condo was clean and well stocked, and the owners were very accommodating in communications prior to the trip, we did not enjoy our stay to its fullest.
