Our Condo at Seascape Villas on Hilton Head Island is nestled conveniently between the popular Coligny Plaza and the entrance to the Harbor Town at Sea Pines. This location is just a short walk across the street to a private path leading to the Atlantic Ocean.While at the beach Seascape provides a private Cabana with restrooms exclusively for their owners and guests.
4230 Seascape is a 3 floor Condo. With 3 bedrooms, each with their own TV, 2 full baths, a laundry area, 1st floor deck, storage for beach equipment and 3rd floor balcony
The first floor living area features an open living room and dining room area as well as the kitchen. In addition to the table and chairs the dining room has a buffet stocked with barware, a wine chiller, placemats and serving pieces. It opens to the living area that features a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV and a comfortable sofa, love seat and chair. The spacious deck is located through the sliding glass doors outside of the living room. The large windows and sliding glass doors provide a lovely view of the lagoon just off of the deck. A patio table with 6 chairs and umbrella as well as a large gas grill provide another opportunity for outdoor enjoyment. Renovated in 2018, the kitchen includes a full size side by side refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, smooth top range, over the stove microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware glassware and plastic ware for the kids as well as a large variety of pots pans and bakeware. Small appliances include a dual brew coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, blender, 4 slice toaster, crockpot and toaster oven.
The second floor features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and full size washer and dryer. The first bedroom has a king size bed with 32 inch flat screen and lovely view of the lagoon. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed with an additional twin bed. The 2 rooms share a bathroom with a comfort height commode, quartz countertops and newly replaced shower doors
On the 3rd floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom , 42 inch flat screen TV, reading chair. Through the sliding glass door is a private balcony with table and 2 chairs. This floor also has a small coffee maker so you can enjoy the sun peaking through the tops of the palm trees from the balcony while you sip your morning brew.
In addition to close proximity to the beach the Seascape complex has many amenities within a mile radius: 2 onsite swimming pools, access to Hilton Heads extensive bike paths, grocery stores, restaurants, shops and entertainment. All are an easy walk away.

We enjoyed our stay here but it was nothing to write home about. The house is older and the couches, carpets and bathrooms felt old and worn which made them not feel super clean or comfy. Lots of small things that were annoying when they all added up. The beach stuff was fine but it was broken or ripped, 1 role of paper towels for 4 days, no laundry soap, 2 kids cups, only caramel coffee, broken garbage can, long beach walk, small stuff like that which were annoying. The walk to the beach was a hoof with 3 kids under 7 but the wagon made it easier and there was a lot of things we could bring, which we really enjoyed.
On a positive note it was a large space and the beach was accessible. It was a very quiet condo area which was nice bc there was little noise from neighbors. We have all the cooking tools and appliances we needed and it was well supplied for the most part.
In the end, this place was just ok. We’ve stayed at places we liked less and we’ve stayed at much nicer.
