; Apartment on the heights of Sarlat in Périgord, comfortable (quality bedding) and well equipped, private terrace.
Living room - kitchen area, living room (TV - Netflix app, YouTube... etc...) - fiber, spacious bedroom (bed 160cm), dressing room, shower room / WC, shaded terrace.
In a quiet area, avoid the traffic problems of the city, by being nearby. . Linen provided, basic kitchen condiments, barbecue, washer/dryer, pets on request.
Tourist attractions of the Périgord Noir 20 minutes by car
Accurate documentation provided on site.
Accommodation entirely on one level.
Private terrace and parking on site, enclosed grounds.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Le Couchant. It has everything you need and our host was excellent in informing us of the facilities and places to visit. The property is a few minutes away from the medieval town of Sarlat and within easy reach of the beautiful villages of the Dordogne. We would certainly return should we visit the area in the future.

Many thanks to Beatrice for being such a wonderful host and providing a quiet get away for us. The apartment was exactly as posted. A small one bedroom on a large quiet lot just 2 minute drive into the old city. It was great to be that close, but also away from the noise of the city. Beatrice also gave good information on parking!
The apartment was well stocked, and we were able to cook in a couple of nights and just have a relaxing evening. So many people have left great reviews, and we are agreeing with them 100%. Thank you Beatrice.
