Newly built 2 BR/2 bath apt in Downtown Whitestown IN. sleeps 6. Only a short distance from two major interstates (465 & 65), and major attraction points in Whitestown & Zionsville. The property is surrounded by grocery stores, banks, and restaurants, and it has easily accessible walking trails with 24/7 security patrols on the property. Built in Dec, 2022.

The apartment was completed in December 2022 and furnished with all the details to best anticipate your long and short-term stay needs. We hope you will feel right at home quickly, so you can start relaxing and make the most of your time here.
This is a quiet, clean first floor, corner unit 2bed/2bath apartment that comfortably sleeps 6 or more [1 King bed, 1 queen bed, 1 sofa-bed, and 1 queen air mattress, & baby colt (available on demand)]. The kitchen is immaculate and fully stocked with brand new appliances and everything you'll need to cook a feast. In the living room, enjoy comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen 60-inch TV, or relax with a glass of wine on the private patio overlooking the beautiful area view. Soak up the sun at the clubhouse pool or engage in other physical exercises at the gym's center, or basketball court, or play with your children at the playground. Also, there are several free parking spaces located directly outside the unit.
PLEASE NOTE we do not allow any type of parties or loud noise in the apartment for the comfort of other residents. This is a quiet community that hosts highly skilled professionals and families. Any violation of this rule will result in early termination of your reservation without refund.
The location is in the beautiful Whitestown & Zionsville community, with a less than a two -minute drive to the Interstate highways and it is closer to Downtown Indianapolis and Downtown Carmel Indiana with several attraction points.
The unit is also conveniently down the street, Starbucks, several grocery stores, several banks, Subway, Mcdonald's, Chick Fill A, and many other facilities that will make your stay worthwhile. AMC Luxury Cinema is less than a 5-minute drive from the unit. See our guidebook for more information.
