KING BED! Cozy Home Minutes from Broad Ripple Ave

First off, I could not agree more with the other reviews that talk about how comfortable the beds are. I would literally rent this place again just for the beds.Overall, great for traveling with family. It was raining when we arrived and the game area in the basement was a lifesaver — sent my 5yo down there to burn off some energy from the 4hr car ride while we got the car unloaded and things put away. While we didn’t need them, I also really appreciate that there are baby gates for the stairs.

Easy affordable place with parking in a location that makes it easy to access anything in williams creek, meridian hills, and carmel. Responsive host. i would stay here again.

House was clean. Host added special touch with snacks. Parking was great and location excellent.

The property is as listed- cute and definitely acceptable for the one night we stayed, but thank goodness it wasn’t more. Because it’s a duplex the neighbors next door kept us up until 2:00 am with a lot of crashing around, loud music and loud outside activity. It was so bad that twice we went downstairs to ensure someone wasn’t IN the house! We were at times concerned for our safety. We were in town for our family Christmas - which was ruined after only having 4.5 hrs of sleep.It is also very close to a very busy road and the road noise is excessive. Cleaners need to do a better job- many areas visibly still dirty with food(?) on the wall in the kitchen and other areas obviously not wiped down (I have pictures).
