Can't say much good.

Desk Clerk friendly and helpful

Dirty, rundown. Looked at the reusable filyer on the hvac unit and tons of dirt and dust came flying out. TV impossible to use. Needed paint, scuffed up walls, doors peeling, carpet warn and stretched. Vinyl flooring just thrown over bad subfloor-uneven...poor workmanship. Probably one of the worst places I've ever stayed at.

The stay was decent for just a place to sleep, would not want to do more than that at this hotel.

I thought the room was a good size, decently clean, liked having a smart tv, liked the hardwood floor.

Breakfast was awful, barely any options, bread was hard, juice was bad. We also encountered a roach on the trash can. Which made me question my whole stay. Hallway smelled like someone was smoking.

Many Choices for Breakfast, Wonderful Staff

The breakfast was OK and there were adequate choices. I had a reservation in a different town but due to the government being shut down, the reason for staying in that town was gone. I did not have a reservation but was a walk-in and provided the front desk person with my loyalty number and was treated very well. I ended up staying an additional night.

It was just ok. For the price I paid I expected more than what we got.

Was quite and the beds was comfortable. I liked that they accommodated me when there was a problem.

Musty smell. The first room we was put in the smell of mold was so bad it was making me sick. Checked with front desk and they let me move rooms though. There was no tv remote so we could t watch tv. There was weak spots in the floor. Internet didn’t work most of the time.

The overnight staff was pleasant and tried to help.

Overall impression is that it is outdated and the photos make it look so much better than it actually is. Overflowing trash cans the entire stay. Flooring in my room was warped with a large hump in the main traffic area. The floor was also dirty. Upon pulling back my bedding to get ready for bed, there was blood on the sheets. It was dried up, never been laundered blood. I was offered a different room on the second floor, but have a daughter in a wheelchair who was already in her special bed and there was not an elevator. The front desk staff was very apologetic and offered to strip the beds and remake them for us. I wanted to leave, but it was late and would have been very difficult for me. I decided to let them strip the beds and make with fresh linens. When they stripped the beds, there was more stains, that looked like urine on the mattress pad, and then out flew a pair of men’s boxers from the bedding. Upon talking with the person in charge on day shift, I was offered a small discount and a lot of excuses to why this happened. I was told that the room was missed and hadn’t been cleaned, they were short staffed and rushing to accommodate a first floor request. I had made the request the day before and didn’t check in until almost 6pm. Also, I believe the room was cleaned, but they just didn’t want to change the bedding. The beds were tucked in, pillows neatly left, trash liners were new, towels were folded set up just like it would be it were cleaned. I am disgusted and upset that the entire night wasn’t refunded for me.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It was horrific

NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED!! The whole facility smells like urine! URINE. I was itching the whole night. I asked for a refund, I was told they didn’t have the capability to do so! My room was not clean the tub looked dirty! The window was unlocked on the first floor. This was the worse hotel in history

Blood in the ottoman, shower curtains with cloth and dingy, not white and had boogers wiped on it. carpet didn’t look like it had been swept in awhile. Tub was dirty I had to put a towel down in tub to wash my 1 year old.

This is a very old out dated hotel. Needs much repair. Had to find the front desk agent. He was at the other end of the hallway. Charge for a small dog was $20. Too much for the quality of the facility.
