In the annex part of a beautiful fortified house, in a quiet and flowery village on the way to Compostela, La Bayardière welcomes you to a walled property (5000 m²) in which there is another gite (ref: H43G006215).

Nearby: Retournac at 4 km (Museum of Manufactures des Dentelles, Romanesque church, swimming pool, fishing, banks of the Loire, castle of Artias...). ground floor : 1 suite (1 double bed, TV in the lounge area) opening onto a small paved terrace, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom, wc. 1st floor: living room with American kitchen and TV.
Wood for the fireplace is provided free of charge.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath.
Private carport, swings.
All-inclusive prices including: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the cottage must be tidied up, the bins and the dishwasher emptied, the bed linen grouped together in the same place, and the toilets must be in a correct state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of a reasoned and reasonable consumption (8Kwh/day) - if overrun, it will be paid on site to the owners.
A deposit of 700€ by check must be given to the owners on your arrival.
