Adjoining the owners' house, the Gîte du Ponteil is a former agricultural outbuilding in local stone with pleasantly flowered outdoor spaces in the heart of a rural village.
Nearby: Péché pond 3 km away and play area in the trees (from 3 years old) 1.5 km away, medieval villages of St-Pal-en-Chalencon (6 km) and St-André-de-Chalencon (14 km), Chalencon castle 5 km. All shops and services in Craponne-sur-Arzon (15 km). Bakery and grocery store in Tiranges 2 km away. The ground floor consists of a living room with fitted kitchen area opening onto a 25 m² terrace, a toilet with washbasin and a living room (TV, pellet stove) fitted out below with a large bay window opening onto a closed terrace (18 m²).
Accessible directly from the outside, a bedroom (1 double bed) is also fitted out on the ground floor and has a private shower room with wc.
On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, both equipped with private shower room with wc.
