About this house rental
The unique architecture of this building results from its history. It started as a basic 1920's house, consisting of a ground floor kitchen-living room and a family bedroom over it. As years passed by, more rooms were added to the original structure and finally, it got its recent form.
It consists of the ground floor and two upper rooms connected to each other with two staircases. The living room, the kitchen and the bathroom are situated on the ground floor and the two bedrooms on the upper floor.Access between bedrooms is possible by a connecting door.
Ground floor:
Living room with cozy sofa- Flat screen TV, air conditioner
Fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities
Dining area with place set for up to four people
Bathroom with shower-hot & cold water, washing machine
Upper floor:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers, air conditioner
Bedroom 2: 3 Single beds, wardrobe, air conditioner
The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a dinner with family and friends.
Patio/private yard: Dining table with eight chairs.
Free parking spaces are offered at the public street.
Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, as there is no elevator for the upper floor.
