You are invited to go out for a moment of your active life to relax, revitalize at "Sea Breeze Villa" in downtown Rethymno. Take a few days off and enjoy the wonderful sea view, smell the fruit trees or simply enjoy the silence of nature. For all this, you do not have to travel far.
A local Cretan holiday home with breathtaking views of the sea from the inside and outside, located on a hill in the immediate vicinity of Rethymno city center. The villa is a ground floor of 130 sq. With easy access to the large garden of all rooms. The holiday rental consists of a spacious living room of 75 m², 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a real sense of freedom because from the inside you have immediate access to the garden from the large windows and you will feel the sea breeze. A sunny garden allows you to lie on the sun loungers, relax in a shady hammock under a large tree, listen to the birds, relax in a quiet and private environment and enjoy the seascape. The entire property is fenced and there are private parking spaces behind the front door.

The living area consists of a very spacious open living room, dining room and kitchen. This space is bright and allows a breathtaking view of the surrounding area outside through large windows. The dining room offers a dining table and chairs for 6 people. The living room has a triple and double sofa, as well as a classic desk for guests who need to work. It also has a TV (smart) with Greek channels and ASTRA satellite connection for foreign channels. An air conditioning unit (cold / heat), an open fireplace and a wood stove will ensure a pleasant stay in any season. Wireless Internet access is provided.

The holiday home offers a fully equipped kitchen with table top, oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan, large fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils . Porcelain plates and cutlery as well as fresh local ingredients allow you to prepare a delicious meal. At the back of the house next to the front door you can use the stone barbecue unit.

The 3 bedrooms have wardrobes, French doors, a large mirror and air conditioning. The master bedroom with sea view consists of a double bed, the second bedroom with sea view also has a double bed and the third bedroom with mountain view offers 2 single beds.
