Sunny Beach Apartments

The kindest owner! The property was very nice, it had everything we needed and was nice and quiet in the evening.

Everything was perfect, unfortunately we only stayed 4 nights. This is what proper apartment should look like. Location is just amazing, walking distance to the beach, shop,caffees, even old town if you are up for it. Just accross the road there are free city bikes and scooters. Constantinos was brilliant, he was there when we arrived, we had chat with him and he recomended few places. He was available at anytime if we had any questions. He also assisted with getting taxy when we were leaving, as Free now app didn't work.

We didn't stay long enough

We stayed three nights at Sunny Beach apartments and had a great time. The place is perfectly located on the beachfront in Rethymnon but a bit from the most crowded part of town. The room was clean and had all necessities for a pleasant stay, ac, fridge and a small stove for basic cooking. Constantinos is a very helpful host, answers both telephone calls and text messages at once if you have to come in contact with him. He is also willing to give you tips on good tavernas, free sun beds and other things that you might need information about.

Good beach in front

There was a huge issue with electricity and water supply at this place and we didn’t have hot water during our stay. The host did his best at the third day but the fuse was going down constantly. Also the water flow was very low. I was hardly able to wash my body and couldn’t even imagine to wash my hair. The apartment is very bad maintained. The furniture was in poor condition and the electric sockets were going out when you try to plug out. If you pay for a sea view you have to know that it’s an unpleasant city view and you hardly can see the sea as a side view.
