Welcome to “Livin’ the Dream”! Nestled beneath the palms on the lakeside of the Resort, 2448 Bungalo Lane features a spacious floor plan, designer décor, plush furnishings and an oversized screened-in porch with an extended back patio overlooking the backyard! Our beautifully appointed beach bungalow offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is conveniently located across the street from the pool and neighborhood putting green, and a few minutes golf cart ride to the beach! Two golf carts are included at no additional charge.
Our thoughtfully designed home offers the largest floor plan at Bungalos and a carport. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen, an open concept living area, a guest “bunk room”, a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo, a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a screened porch with sectional seating. The remodeled custom kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. It is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. Guests may eat at the kitchen island with seating for four, or gather around the dining table with seating for eight. Our updated kitchen and dining area overlooks the living room and makes it easy to enjoy the company of family and friends while cooking your favorite meal. The living area features plush furnishings, an HDTV and access to a screened porch. The master suite is located directly off the living area and is designed with a king bed, an HDTV and an ensuite master bath featuring dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The “bunk room” is located near the front entry and is furnished with a bunk bed (Twin over Twin).
Upstairs accommodations include a guest bedroom furnished with two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds and is convenient to the hallway bath with a walk-in shower. The upstairs king suite offers a cozy king bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. There is also an upstairs bonus room with a sofa, lounge chairs, games, an HDTV and more! For your convenience, there is a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer/dryer and high-speed wireless internet is complimentary. Two golf carts are included at no additional charge.
In addition to the amenities at 2448 Bungalo Lane, guests can experience all the fun activities and exciting entertainment available throughout the Resort! From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at The Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Overall the stay was great as usual. Plenty of room for the ten of us (2 oldies and 8 between the ages of 18-23). Parking at the house a little inconvenient because it’s only wide enough for one vehicle but long enough for 2 so had to sometimes move a vehicle to get the other out. Nitpicking I know! The two golf carts were great for getting around. Having the pool right across the street was nice. The only problem we had was with the grill. We were doing a seafood boil one night but gonna cook some chicken for someone that doesn’t eat seafood. I started the grill and went in to do some things while it heated up. When I came back out it was engulfed in flames because it caught the grease and stuff in the bottom of the grill on fire. I had to use the fire extinguisher to put it out. This is the second time this has happened at a unit we’ve stayed at. The cleaning crews need to do a better job of cleaning these out between people staying. That being said, I called and reported this and they brought out a new extinguisher the next day. Overall an excellent time and we would return again.

Very clean property. Good location for all things sandestin. My family loves this area from the golf carts, swimming pool, the beach and baytown wharf. It is a congested drive to destin but anything around sandestin its perfect. Plenty of space in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property management was quick with any issues i had and gave clear instructions with anything that was needed or asked. Would recommend this property to anyone with a large family.
