ABOUT THE HOME: Honeybee Bungalows is a private compound that includes three homes situated in the coastal community of Santa Rosa Beach between the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. This unique private property includes a pool, luxurious covered outdoor entertainment area with TV and fireplace, an indoor entertainment space with ping pong and foosball tables, and outdoor seating and game areas, all within a private garden setting. This unique property is ideal for family reunions, multi-family getaways, corporate retreats, bachelor and bachelorette getaways and multi-generational family vacations. Honeybee Bungalows is also a perfect compound for the boaters looking to explore great fishing both in Choctawhatchee Bay or head offshore in the Gulf of Mexico for an experience that will last a life time. The home has enough parking for two boats.

The Main House is a two-story open concept home with a screened in porch, comfortable living area, a dining room with seating for six and additional counter seating for three. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you'll need on your getaway by the sea. There is a full-size washer and dryer, half bath and the primary suite on the first floor. The second level includes two more bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The Pool Bungalow is designed similar to a studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette and bathroom. Attached is an indoor entertainment area with ping pong and foosball tables, a full-size refrigerator, a high-top table and access to the outdoor entertainment area and pool.

The Carriage House is accessible from the outdoor entertainment area and pool. This home has a full-size kitchen, screened in porch, a dedicated office space, a cozy living room with TV and fireplace. There is a stackable washer and dryer, hallway bathroom and two bedrooms (one queen and one king).

ABOUT THE AREA: Honeybee Bungalows are situated in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. Nearby you'll find entertainment, dining and shopping galore at the Grand Boulevard Shops, Baytowne Wharf and everything in between. The clear waters and white sand beaches of the gulf are just a few miles away.

BEACH ACCESS: Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is the closest beach access. It's right across from Stinky's Fish Camp Restaurant. (5999 W Co Hwy 30-A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459). This beach has restrooms, parking, a lifeguard station, and is ADA accessible. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, 7525 W County Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach. There is restrooms, ramp, shuttle and more. There is an entrance fee to access park.

- There is a long-term tenant in the carriage house. Short-term guests do not have access to the carriage house, garage, or the driveway directly in front of the unit. Additional driveways are provided for guest use.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

We were pleasantly surprised by how much we loved this house. The multiple homes within the compound provided the perfect balance of privacy and communal space, allowing us to gather comfortably as a group. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals around the pool and appreciated the short drive to the beach. The tranquility of the home was a standout feature; it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds ensuring a restful stay. Being off the beaten path allowed us to enjoy each other's company without any disturbances. 30a beach girls Breanna and Hollie were fun to coordinate with and make plans with. We did a pontoon day and indulged at incredible restaurants. We would definitely rebook this home in the future. It was a wonderful experience for our family and the hospitality from 30a beach girls was over the top!

Amazing vacation! We loved the privacy this property provides. 30a beach girls delivered our groceries, provided recommendations for a boat trip and restaurants. We loved how clean the property was and that my adult children had their own areas with their families but we could easily meet for meals and entertainment. Had the best pint pong battle ever and a week long monopoly tournament. We were able to get to Dune Allen beaches quicker than our family could from Blue Mountain. We didn't have to mess with golf cart traffic or slow moving traffic. We are looking at Thanksgiving if we can find a second home to hold the rest of our family. The bonfire evening was enjoyed by all, we went ghost crabbing after!

Location was great, lots of space for us all. Pool is not heated. Beach was easy and very quick to get to. The privacy you get here is amazing and then allowing the kids to run around with no worries was heaven! 30a beach girls is amazing! The included bonfire was the very best night and airport pick up was helpful. Communication was so easy and quick.. Would book again.

Great spot! House is exactly as described with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable and in a great location. We were at the beach in 10 minutes. Highly recommend for large active families!
