The location is good, it's convenient and close to Publix and places to eat. The neighborhood is amazingly beautiful. The house is really big and really clean as far as rentals go. It's in a nice quiet area. Vacation haven the property management company is available 24/7 and very responsible and nice people. Really appreciated how easy they made everything.

I never could find the private beach area.. We ended up going to Miramar public beach which was really nice and had good facilities as well. I made the mistake of using booking.com and I'll never do that again. Booking.com only advertises the rent rate and after you put your credit card in you get the real bill with thier added fees which are completely ridiculous. Don't hold this against vacation haven though they are the property management company and they really go the extra mile for you.

The space in the bungalo

We arrived at 515pm. Check in was at 4pm. They had cleaning people there, and we had to wait outside in the heat til after 7pm. A lady there said sometimes it's a 2hr wait. No ma'am check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 10am. I know good and well we would be charged if we checked out 3hrs late. They sprayed this cleaning solution to make it appear clean by the strong cleaning solution smell. My husband whom has a trach couldn't breathe bc of the smell. So my mom couldn't find a mop in the place and took a wet hand towel to wipe up the floor to get the stron cleaning solution smell out of the place and it was solid black on the white towel. E eryones feet solid black walking around in there. Then we got the place bc we had 2 golf carts so we could go to the beach which was a pretty good ways away, but the carts weren't charged. We plugged them in and next morning still one was still dead and the other had 40%. We called the management and no one came to fix the problem so only 6 of our 12 guest could ride the golf carts to the beach. I had to drive my truck all of the trip to find public Beach access. The upstairs toilet seat was broken and missing hardware for the seat. Overall I'm not pleased to pay the amount we paid for getting shorted 3hrs of our room, which was dirty. The sheets in my room had black dog hair all over the sheets as well. We could have stayed on the beach somewhere else and wouldn't have to had worried about driving all over the place. Will not be back to this place.
