About this apartment rental
This newly renovated Summit Beach Resort condominium is located on the 7th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This excellent 7th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its wrap-around beachfront balcony. A large and fully equipped kitchen with bar area, dining area, living room and two bedrooms make for a very comfortable vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom. A second bedroom provides one full size and one twin bed, and the living room offers 2 queen size sofa sleepers. This unit comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.
NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $300 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 7 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.

Lots of outlets/fans/lights that didn’t work. Needs a new floor where there is crushed/cracked tile in the living room. Guest bathroom cabinets were broken.
