Pleasant overnight stay in Saint-Flour.

Jerome is a very friendly and welcoming host at this motel and provided a simple and inexpensive breakfast in the morning. Couple of restaurants nearby for the evening and parking opposite the rooms. Clean room and comfortable bed.

It was quite chilly weather and there was some cold draught from under the door, which opens on the same level as the pavement outside. Perhaps a simple draught-excluder could be attached to the inside of the door at the bottom?

Had a great time in St Flour with great food at a restaurant in the town. The hotel being on the edge of town is quiet.

Nice clean pleasant hotel, although a little out of town the trip into S Flour is worth it.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Reasonably comfortable full size bed. Room was quiet and very clean. Parking was easy outside the room.

The room itself but particularly the bathroom and shower were TINY. Served a purpose as a one night stopover but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

Brilliant, love St.Flour!

Jarome was the best bit, he was so helpful and recommended places to go locally. He helped with the ways to get into the main city, local ‘must see’ places to go and the local Floris bus if we needed it. The hotel was on the edge of the commercial unit but it was a lovely place to stay. The room was basic but air con was a bonus so slept well. We could walk to the centre which made a nice change from driving. We love St.Flour, saw free opera in the cathedral which was amazing. Definitely love to come back. Everyone was so helpful, great city and great food. Loved this place.

There is nothing not to like here, we loved the history of the place, the people, the food and local wine. The people we met were kind and helpful, I cannot recommend this as a destination that you need to see.

Cheap, clean and comfortable

We booked this for an overnight stay on our way back to the UK. The hotel was fine and basic but we expected that. The guy that checked us in spoke no English and we spoke no French but he really tried to communicate with us which was much appreciated. The room was basic but clean and we had a preprepared continental breakfast in the morning which was lovely and less than €4.90 each. It was a great place to stop.

Excellent locaction

Excellent location with the car park outside the door, very convenient. We arrived late for a stop over while driving from UK to Spain. Adequate for our needs although the bathroom a little small for my husband. Good value for money and the manager was extremely helpful even though he spoke very little English and me know French at all, we managed to understand each other and he clearly loves his job and friendly

Exceptional

We were towing a small trailer and the parking was so convenient literally outside the door of our chalet. Due to Covid 19 restrictions full facilities regarding meals were not available but the Continental breakfast was adequate. Jerome the manager was extremely helpful and showed us where we could have an evening meal near to the hotel. Although the chalets are very basic, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom adequate and the room spotless as was the breakfast area. The area around the hotel was immaculate and the location very convenient. A perfect overnight stop over and absolute value for money. Definitely recommend.

Une nuit calme dans un environnement simple mais adapté à une halte sur un trajet.

Chambre correcte avec une possibilité d'arriver dans la nuit grâce à l'utilisation de la borne. Le SMS du gérant car nous ne répondions pas au mail adressé alors qu'il s'agissait de nous communiquer les consignes d'arrivée hors des horaires d'ouverture de l'accueil. Les conseils quant aux possibilités de restauration. Un gérant sympathique.

La Clim réversible qui ne marche pas , le chauffage ( grille pain ) qui est automatiquement mis à 18 degrés alors que l’isolation est mauvaise . Avant il y avait quatre oreillers , plus que deux . Petit déjeuner limité en choix , plus de libre service . Salle d’eau très petite sans chauffage , sans VMC , EN SORTANT DE LA DOUCHE NOUS SOMMES DE SUITE SUR LES WC . Établissement qui aurait besoin de travaux .
