Mm somehow the towels were damp & some furnitures need fixing. Need some spring cleaning

The enviroment

Location.

1. Host not helpful 2. Tv not working 3. No aircon in single bedroom 4. Stove not working 5. Shower in one of the bathrooms was leaking. 6. Had informed Host of malfunctions mentioned in # 2, 3, 4& 5 on the day of check in, i.e. 17 Feb. 2026. His reply was : "will inform Management". Anyway, there was no remedies during the stay. 7. Why need to pay for cleaning charges during booking when no cleaning was done during the duration of stay? When I did the booking, it was stated " cleaning charges maybe imposed". (VAT was charged too). The cleaning charges and VAT were included in the amount I paid. Can I get a refund for services not rendered? 8. Had informed Host of intended check out time on 19 feb. evening. Wait for his staff during check out on 20 feb. morning. I contacted Host on 20 feb. morning to enquire what time is he coming to do the inspection of the Apartment as my guests are waiting to check out. Then I was told just to drop the keys in mailbox upon check out, and to take photo to send to him as evidence that the pass card and the keys had been returned. I conveyed his message accordingly to my main guest. The photos as evidence were sent to my Host. Then few days later, Host contacted me that there is 1(one) missing towel. I then checked with my guests & they confirmed they did not remove any towel from the Apartment when they hecked out. I updated the Host accordingly. So far, Host has not updated me whether his staff has located the so called 'missing' towel.
