Quiet neighbourhood
The security guard is not always present. No drinking water provided.

The place is clean and neat. The house is spacious enough, and the kitchen utilities were adequate, which was great because that is one of the intentions we had picking this place, to cook. Also liked that there is a gym on the 2nd floor which has a water dispenser, which is really helpful. The location is great if you have a car, since there are many shops nearby in Sentosa and the bandar Kuching isn’t that very far away as well. There’s a tiny rooftop on the top floor, which is nice to chill shortly (since it’s facing other residents’ front door). All in all, it’s a good place to stay with a small family for a short while.
Not really much in walking distance as the place is quite secluded. But there is a mini market in the same building, so that’s very convenient.
