I mean if you feel like that adequate for us driving 18 hours from Michigan to Florida only to find out the room we reserved was under construction and windows were blocked by a covering so we could only see the ocean through the slider windows and then we were not able to access the patio through slider because it was sealed off on the other side. Which Booking.com failed to inform us of any of this. Then after finding that the condo wasn’t anything we were expecting it to be we spoke with Real Joy and they told us they would see what they could do but we maybe stuck in the condo. Then said they would call me in few minutes and let me know what was going to happen. I waited over an hour and then called them and they told me they hadn’t figured anything out yet. Eventually after a couple hours they called and gave me a few options but they were not nearly as up to date as the one I originally reserved and the view of the ocean was minimal compared to the condo we had originally reserved. Then on our last day we had two realtors enter the condo without knocking. The first one that entered noticed we were in there apologized and left. The second one however came while were gone and proceeded to show the room with all our personal belongings in the condo. Then when we came in she basically said she had the right to show it even though it was occupied. My wife felt like our privacy was invaded and wasn’t very happy. The realtor also knocked shades off and just left them on the floor without telling us but my wife and I were able to put them back up. For our first time going through Booking.com and Real Joy it was not a very good first impression but if like said if you think $26 is adequate that is fine. I will be taking a screen shot of the offer you gave us and share it with our friends, family and coworkers along with our experience and let them make the decision if they would use either company’s when planning a vacation.
