The bright, beachy interior has been thoughtfully updated for comfort and convenience. The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The living room offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large 55” flat-screen TV, while the bedroom features a king bed with plush linens, ceiling fan, and its own flat-screen TV. Direct TV and Free Wi-Fi is included.
The spacious bathroom is clean and modern with a walk-in tile shower featuring a rainfall shower option. All linens and towels are provided—including beach towels.
Step out to the patio to enjoy sunset views over the Gulf, or take advantage of the resort amenities just steps away. The complex offers three swimming pools, grilling areas, a fitness center, and tennis and pickleball courts. Seasonal beach chair service is included (two loungers and an umbrella, March–October), with discounts available for beach activities.
Sunbird Resort is a gated, family-friendly beachfront community with 500 feet of sugar-white sand beach. The location is hard to beat—walk to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Pineapple Willy’s is right next door, and Walmart is just a block away.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Views were amazing from every room and we enjoyed the beach. Great place!

This place was beautiful. The view was awesome. Just walked out the door straight on to the deck, pools and beach. Could sit in any room and see the ocean. Had everything you needed. Loved every minute. Communication was great also. Thank you.

We honestly had no idea how crowded the beaches would be there. Wall to wall people.
The unit itself was subpar. Could have been cleaner. Needed quite a bit of cosmetic maintenance and upkeep. Definitely not “pristine”. One of the outdoor chairs was quite literally falling apart-3 screws had come completely out of the chair. There was mold in corner of the bathroom where there was a huge gap in the caulking, toilet paper holder kept falling apart, bifold closet doors in the bedroom had thick dust in the vent slats. The entire place could have used a new coat of paint. For what we paid, we expected “pristine” and it definitely wasn’t that.
