2 BED/ 1 BATH PENTHOUSE, AMAZING VIEWS, WIFI & BEACH CHAIRS, INCLUDED!

Condo is clean, welcoming and well decorated. Everything that's needed to make meals is in the kitchen, including a crock pot! There weren't any wine glasses or shot glasses, but it's vacay...no biggie! The furniture and beds are comfy and the linens were good quality. The HVAC worked as expected.The elevators were quick and there were plenty of luggage carts available when we needed them. The grounds were clean, trash cans emptied every day and, although we didn't have a pet with us, we did look at the pet areas and they were clean as well. One stand out for me was the building employees. Everyone was FRIENDLY and took time to answer questions or just have a quick conversation. Our booking experience was easy and the owners responded to our request for restaurant recommendations the same day. The list of check out requirements was short and were things that one would do before they left their own house. I'd love to visit again!

We loved staying in this beautiful penthouse condo. Pleasantly surprised by an extra bathroom. And Robyne was a pleasure to work with.

Great condo in a great location. The owners were terrific. Our air conditioner broke and the responded immediately. They were able to set up portable units for us until the unit was fixed. Which was very quickly. We were very happy staying here.

My husband, friend, daughter, and myself stayed here last week and we were so excited because of not having been on a vacation, much less a beach vacation. Unfortunately, the stress free vacation we hoped for did not completely come true. This complex was not as advertised. The condo is advertised with private WiFi - I mean it’s 2021, and the weather wasn’t great so yeah we wanted WiFi while there. We contacted the owners, and honestly we did not receive any answers or help with the matter. We were told to contact the internet provider directly to figure it out… I’m sorry, but who wants to deal with that on vacation? This man came to the condo and let us know that there was never wifi access, the owners had not had it reconnected after renovations, they had been using the wifi from the condo one floor beneath this one. Due to that one now being under construction that wifi access was no longer available either. The answer we received was “well, we’ve never had issues before.” It was very frustrating trying to fix this issue on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Secondly, there are major renovations going on in the condo below. I do understand the owners can’t control when renovations are being done, but once again the next renters need to be warned. We heard almost constant grinding and hammering our whole stay, which forced us to leave most days even when it was raining. It is so upsetting that we spent money (beach/ocean front condos aren’t cheap) on this vacation that did not turn out the way we had dreamed and hoped for. I feel defeated after this whole vacation. Our concerns and issues were communicated to the owners and Vrbo.
