Unit was very nice, clean, and matched the listing perfectly.

The room was in great condition and very clean. It comes well stocked with everything you need. The staff on site also does a GREAT job maintaining the premises. The free beach chairs are an outstanding amenitie as well, saving you 65.00 a day and up to 300 a week. This is not meant to be a negative review just informative for future renters. It advertises sleeps 4 which it does but the condo is on the small side. It was much smaller than I expected and pictures showed to me. So having 4 is a little tight inside the condo and only one bathroom. Security is also very strict on wagons being on outside hall ways so you have to bring the wagons for beach etc inside that makes it feel even smaller. Overall though this is a GREAT condo with an amazing location and great amenities.

Our hosts were very welcoming. We had everything we needed including a fantastic view of the Gulf and the sunsets. Bed was very comfortable. I would do this again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunbird. The condo was beautiful and was furnished with everything we needed. The pool area was not crowded like places we have previously stayed.
