You'll love this 1 bedroom, 1 bath beautifully updated property that comfortably sleeps 4 in one king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Come and watch the dolphins!

Note: Sunbird sustained damage during Hurricane Isaias in October 2026. Repairs to the property are ongoing and are expected to be completed by Spring 2027. The center pool is closed for safety and you may hear construction noise on weekdays. Otherwise, your vacation won't be affected by the repairs. Thanks for your patience as Sunbird makes the necessary repairs.

Sunbird is a family focused secure, gated community with 24/7/365 security for your peace of mind.
A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.

Registration (Parking & Armbands) is paid separately via the Park N Spot App. Parking is limited to one space per condo. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice. Registration averages around $60 per stay.

The bedroom has its own TV so you can watch your shows while the kids watch theirs. The tropical ceiling fan will keep you cool and comfortable. The bedroom has a swivel rocker recliner, too!

High speed wireless internet is provided at no additional cost to you. Both large flat screen TVs have DirecTV Streaming, too.
