    The location is close to the tourist centre, on the street there is a shop (Zabka) with options to buy almost everything you need. Room is clean, but staff a bit lacks of communication//still was able to solve all the problems. Good way to stay for night at Krakow and be able to access Stare Miasto.

    It was first a little difficult to get ahold of the renter. Once we got in everything was good. Great location. I forgot my watch and had to go back and get it. They were incredibly helpful with that. That bumped up my review of the place.

    The best thing about this place is definitely its location. The cleanliness was basic but acceptable. However, there are a few important things to have in mind. First, there is no reception desk, which means if there are any issues during the night, there’s no immediate assistance available. Customer service is only open from 9 AM to 8 PM. In my case, there were some drunk people causing disturbances every night around 4 or 5 AM. Someone even tried to open my door at one point. I felt uneasy as I didn’t know who to reach out to for help in such situations. The CCTV cameras do not help. Also, be aware that there is no breakfast provided and no refrigerator in the rooms. No luggage storage before checkin or after checkout.
