Samurai Suite 1 , 15mins from Kyoto Eki , 5 mins to Arashiyama

The property was clean and accommodated our party just fine. Beds were comfortable and we were supplied with ample amenities. It is very convenient to the train station which also houses a convenience store. It is also a 5-minute walk from a Life grocery/department store which is a plus. The washer/dryer is a nice addition. Just be aware that you can only do small loads of laundry at a time and it takes several hours for each one.

The small street where the property is located was actually busier and noisier than expected, with people on scooters passing by regularly. We were only supplied with one towel for each person which isn't a big deal, however I would suggest adding a drying rack of some sort to place the towels after showering. The floor plan downstairs was nice and open but there was no place to sit and enjoy the television except for the dining table, and the chairs were not very comfortable.

空間很寬敞，4個大人走動，2個小孩跑來跑去，完全沒問題

3 to 5 mins to Hanazono Station... shop is nearby... good vibe of neighborhood... and second shop uncle is friendly as well... the house?! superb!

the stairs is too steep... so we place all hour luggage in the living area... but that OK for us... and it's good to place to hang out cloth and towel upstairs... other than that... it's all good!....

地點非常方便，JR 花園站走路2分鐘就能抵達 位在住宅區內，晚上很安靜 空間如照片所示，很寬敞 附近有2間超市，其中一間超市價格非常便宜 廚具齊全，可以自行處理料理 有洗衣機，且洗衣精是罐裝的，不會有不夠用的問題

2樓樓梯比較高，有年長人士的需要注意 涼衣桿數量偏少，長度偏短，希望之後在2樓也能提供涼衣桿
