The staff was very friendly. The view from our room was spectacular, Eiffel tower. The location is perfect, metro 2 mins away, Eiffel tower 10mins walk.

Location was fantastic, just off Place du Trocadéro which has a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean and comfortable.
I couldn't get the hot water to work, but I didn't really mind as it was so hot outside

Location
The room was very cold, I kept having to go to the reception to tell them to turn on the heat. They put it on for 5 mins and that's it, I left sick
