Hotel was perfect and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Staff amazing - friendly and efficient. Booked us a perfect bistro in nearby town for dinner - wanted specific menu and they managed to find somewhere for us. Location perfect. Lovely hotel - very clean, very comfortable.

Need more than 1 towel in bathroom for 2 people (although we didn’t ask for more and am sure we could have got more if asked). Would suggest would be handy to keep European plug adaptors for residents (I forgot mine!) - doesn’t affect my opinion of the hotel but would be nice touch.

Short stay, clean and ok for business- breakfast needs improvement

Rooms were clean and staff friendly

No bottle of water in the room. Very expensive for a small room and the breakfast was way too expensive for what it was (20 €). No croissants 😱

Excellent value and great location

The only issue we had was the safes in both rooms didn’t close. Maintenance did come out to fix one but it broke again very shortly after so we couldn't risk using it. Other than that everything was great

easy to access by transportation

the room wasn’t ready when we arrived. no tissue in the bathroom. the phone was not working, the ceiling was not covered in some part of the room. Staff was not able to serve breakfast in the room, poor service overall. When we left the main door was closed, it had an issue apparently, we had to leave by the service exit.

Good value for money

Good location for my needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was a fine with the exception of power supplies for recharging my laptop. One power socket refused to work at all, but I managed to use another.

The bedroom power supply was not great and no a/c was available although the windows could be fully opened which is a plus for me!.

It's located close the place I wanted to go. Bathroom was nicely renovated. Nice staff.

Design of the rooms is terrible. Breakfast is a joke. Shampoo not changed in the morning, bottle of water not included after the first day. Expensive for what you get.

promoted as a 4 star hotel, it’s misleading: located on a very busy avenue, worn out and dirty interior, dirty towels, airco not function in any room. very poor breakfast … 2 star hotel at most. and they charge 7€ for a bottle of water… ridiculous

Heureusement cet hotel n'estait pour moi qu'un lit et une douche, ne l'utilisant que pour ca.....

le service. Apres la premiere nuit lors de mon retour le soir, les serviettes mouillees du matin avaient ete enlevees mais pas remplacees. j'ai du en demander. j'en ai profiter pour signaler que le papier toilette etait presque vide. (il n'y a aucun back up), quand je suis rentre le soir, pas de papier du tout, j 'ai du utilser les clinex!!!!! Au depart vers 10h du matin, personne. J'ai du appeler pour finalement voir le barman sortir de la cuisine pour me dire qu'il allait chercher le responsable. un bon point pour lui: il m'a offert un cafe que j'ai refuse, etant presse.

Bonne situation proche RER, parking avec borne a recharge, chambre confortable, salle d' eau spacieuse, personnel accueillant

Fraîcheur de la chambre le matin au réveil car le chauffage se coupe dans la nuit et mauvaise isolation, air froid provenant de la fenêtre. Salle d eau non chauffée a priori. Obliger de demander du papier toilette a la réception ! Ainsi que des gobelets carton pour le thé/café

Frühstück war für ca. 25€ Aufpreis nicht angemessen, was Preis-Leistung angeht. Das Zimmer selbst hat Preis-Leistungstechnisch auch nicht unbedingt zusammengepasst, aber war in Ordnung. Die Tiefgarage war auch ohne riesiges Auto eher eine Herausforderung, aber besser als nichts.
