Lovely property with a super-friendly host. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful property, well located near the centre of the town and on the waterfront. The house is themed on the history of a previous Röder and some fascinating documents and pictures are on display. Even the rooms are named after other members of the family, which is a nice touch. The host was amazing and couldn't do enough, being particularly helpful in securing our e-bikes in his garage. Breakfast was wonderful and eaten at a communal table with other guests, which is fully in keeping with the ambiance of the house and was most enjoyable.

Our room was located in an old house, with a bathroom and toilet fitted at one end, which are consequently very small and basic. No shower toiletries were provided, and the shower spilled water on to the surrounding tiled floor. Amusingly, power sockets were somewhat hard to find as, in the various modernisations, they have been installed in very odd places (such as overhead beams or high on the walls), but they were there and functional, so that's ok. It was probably a little pricey, given our view of the bathroom, but not outrageously so.

Un séjour pittoresque dans une maison de caractère

Le petit village de Goedereede est calme et agréable. Il y a une belle promenade le long du canal vers Havenhoofd. Ouddorp se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture, avec son joli petit centre et ses magnifiques plages. Christophe est un hôte vraiment sympathique. Le bâtiment est pittoresque et décoré avec soin, Il y règne une atmosphère particulière, avec ses vieux planchers et ses plafonds hauts, ses fenêtres à guillotine... Partout où se pose le regard il y a une curiosité à découvrir, ainsi que de très nombreuses peintures et oeuvres d'art. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, il se prend autour d'une grande table avec les autres voyageurs. Si vous voulez être dépaysé et dormir dans une vraie maison hollandaise, c'est ici qu'il faut venir.

Locatie is fraai. Kamers van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima ontbijt en gastheer die maakt dat je je gelijk welkom voelt, ook met kinderen.

Die Lage sehr ruhig, Ortszentrum. Einrichtung war außergewöhnlich. Große Badewanne hat meiner Partnerin außergewöhnlich gefallen. Der Blick aus den großen Fenstern auch auf den Kanal war sehr schön. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem. Entspanntes Frühstück an einem großen gemeinsamen Tisch. Bei einem Aufenthalt in der Gegend 1. Wahl.

Holländisches Flair, rundum zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die persönliche Betreuung durch Herrn Christoph Röder schuf eine freundliche Atmosphäre! Die Ausstattung war geprägt durch die unzähligen Exponate der Generationen der Röder-Künstlerfamilie. Jedes Zimmer ist anders eingerichtet, und einfach mal anders, eine gute Kombination von modern und alt. Es ist wunderbar ruhig zum Schlafen. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Es ist ein verwinkeltes altes Haus. Die Treppe ist sehr steil und eng, typisch altholländisch. Das hat uns nichts ausgemacht, ist allerdings vielleicht nicht für jeden geeignet.

La gentillesse et la personnalité haute en couleurs de Christophe. Le cadre très original et de bon goût de la maison. L espace et le confort de la chambre, très bien meublée et décorée. Le petit déjeuner royal et sur mesure. Le rangement sécurisé des vélos. L esprit très vivant du lieu et de son propriétaire.

Een goede rede om naar Goedereede te gaan!

Een prachtig oud pand in hartje centrum. We hadden een mooie grote kamer aan de voorkant op de 1ste verdieping. Zeer ruim, wat erg fijn was met de hond. Zeer hond vriendelijk. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. De gastheer was zeer correct en gastvrij.

Wat tegenviel was de steile trap naar de kamer. Maar dat komt door het oude pand.

Heel mooie, aangename kamer in prachtig kunstenaarshuis met een super vriendelijke uitbater. Fijne omgeving om te fietsen.

Eigenlijk niks. Wij stelden de rust op prijs maar eet- en drankgelegenheid in de onmiddellijke buurt is wat beperkt.

Besondere Unterkunft mit Herz und Charme!

Hier blieben keine Wünsche offen. Von einem großzügigen Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett bis hin zu einem umfangreichen und sehr leckeren Frühstück. Das Haus hat viel Geschichte und es gibt einiges interessantes zu entdecken. Ein besonderer Ort zum Entspannen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und heißt einen persönlich willkommen. Er ist jederzeit erreichbar und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wat een fantastisch verblijf! De kamer was echt uitstekend: zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt was ook een absoluut hoogtepunt; heerlijk, overvloedig en alles kraakvers. En om het helemaal af te maken, was de gastheer ontzettend vriendelijk. Een absolute aanrader!

Außergewöhnliches Haus mit außergewöhnlichen Zimmern in sehr ruhiger Lage.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Tolles Bett, kann man super schlafen. Ein extra Kleiderständer im Zimmer. Riesige Badewanne zusätzlich zur sehr großen Dusche. 2 Waschbecken. Gutes Frühstück und aufmerksamer und kommunikativer Gastgeber. Hunde sind erlaubt.

Im Bad ist das Licht für den Spiegel zu dunkel. Über den fehlenden Fernseher kann man sich mit der ARD/ZDF App auf dem Smartphone helfen. Mit Gehbehinderung empfehle ich das bei der Buchung anzugeben wegen der Treppe.

heerlijk verblijf, echt een aanrader.

De gehele sfeer, de vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaar en uiteraard het ontbijt. Het was geweldig. Wij hadden aan prachtige kamer, wel wat lastiger te bereiken door steile trappetjes, maar de kamer zelf was helemaal fantastisch. Als je van kunst houdt is deze B&B zeker aan te raden, overal in de B&B hangt kunst. Wij waren

Wij hebben er overnacht tijdens Concert at Sea - hierdoor was de prijs bijna dubbel. Zeker de moeite waard om een keer terug te gaan om wat meer de omgeving te ontdekken en dan voor hetzelfde geld twee dagen te kunnen verblijven.

Geweldige locatie met een ontz ettend gastvrije host

De gastheer is zeer gastvrij, vriendelijk en zorgt voor een perfecte sfeer. Goedereede is een leuk klein dorpje waar de tijd heeft stilgestaan terwijl je binnen 10 minuten op het strand van ouddorp zit. Het huis is een mooi museum van de familie Röder met werkelijk overal kunst. Erg mooi, zeer bijzonder

Perfekter Kurztip zum Hochzeitstag mit Hund in Goedereede in urgemütlicher Unterkunft

Morgens gebucht, nachmittags eingetroffen, perfekt! Direkt nach der Buchung wurde diese vom Inhaber (Christoph) super freundlich bestätigt, sodass man sofort Lust bekam dort anzukommen. Es gab ein Einscheck-Video mit dem die Unterkunft samt gebuchtem Zimmer erklärt wurde. Das "Einschecken" war dadurch ohne den Inhaber komfortabel möglich. Goedereede ist ein sehr kleiner und alter holländischer Ort, bei dem es scheint, als wäre die Zeit stehengeblieben. Der Marktplatz ist das "Zentrum" mit 2-3 Gaststätten, die zu unserem Besuch nicht an jedem Tag geöffnet hatten, aber sofern die Sonne schien, zu einem Getränk einluden, um die Idylle zu geniessen. Etliche Orte im näheren Umfeld können mit dem Auto oder auch mit dem Fahrrad erkundet werden. Rotterdam ist ca. 30Min entfernt und auch Ausflüge nach Delft und Zandvoort haben wir unternommen. Die Frühstückszeit wurde vorher individuell mit uns besprochen, da die komplette Unterkunft "nur" 5 Zimmer umfasst. Diese sind vom Inhaber selbst in unterschiedlichen Stilen umgebaut. Wir hatten auch wegen unseres Hundes für die ersten Nächte ein gemütliches Zimmer im Untergeschoß, mit der Möglichkeit der Gartennutzung. Nach 2 Tagen bekamen wir ein Upgrade für die 1. Etage mit Blick nach vorm zum Kanal. Das Frühstück (inkludiert) wurde im EG an einem langen Tisch serviert. Es war eine Art Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener Küche. An diesem Tisch sass man mit den anderen Gästen, sofern diese zur gleichen Zeit frühstückten. Von süssen Aufstrichen, über Wurst und Käse, frischen Erd- und Blaubeeren mit Müsli und Joghurt und Orangensaft war für jeden etwas dabei. Dazu wurde Kaffee oder Tee vom Inhaber serviert, auch mit einem lockerem Plausch, aber ohne aufdringlich zu wirken, fast familiär. Unser kleiner Pudel Holly, konnte mit in den Frühstücksraum, eine Variante, die man selten findet. Natürlich mit dem Einverständnis der anderen Gäste.
